Janice E Oliver

Janice Elsie Oliver, 80, of Ashtabula passed away September 20, 2023 at home, surrounded by family. Janice was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was born on October 6,1942 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Janice was a kind, caring, and generous person who loved her friends and family. She enjoyed crafting, working in her garden, cooking, baking, drinking coffee,  and making everyone laugh. Above all else, Janice’s greatest joy was taking care of her family.

Janice is survived by her husband of 62 years, Charles B. Oliver; her children, Chuck (Carla) Oliver, Jim Oliver, Rob (Ann) Oliver, Denise DuFour, David (Jill) Oliver, Jon (Anna) Oliver; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sister, Diane (Bill) Foust.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Elsie McKain; brothers, James and David McKain; and sister, Denise Hansen.

There will be a Celebration of Life scheduled and announced at a later date.
